Shipping policy
Some of our products ship from different suppliers, which means shipping times can vary depending on the item. As soon as tracking information becomes available for your order, it will be updated and sent to you right away. We appreciate your patience and are always here if you have questions about your shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need additional help, reach out to us and we’ll assist however we can.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
