Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in as‑new condition. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. This helps us verify your purchase and process your return accurately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued as store credit.
